circFAM120B is a human FAM120B-derived circular RNA that is significantly upregulated in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines and is mainly localized in the cytoplasm. In PCa, it promotes proliferation, invasion, migration, EMT, tumor growth and metastasis while suppressing apoptosis by sponging miR-1182, upregulating FBXO17, and activating AKT signaling.
