| Clinical significance: |
Higher circ-0015004 levels were associated with shorter overall survival, larger tumor size and higher TNM stage in HCC patients. |
| Description: |
circ-0015004 (from SDHC) is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cell lines, mainly localized in the cytoplasm, and promotes HCC proliferation and xenograft tumor growth. It acts as a ceRNA that sponges miR-330-3p to increase RCC2 expression, and its transcription is positively regulated by YY1. High circ-0015004 expression is associated with worse clinicopathological features and poorer overall survival. |
