Functionally, it promotes CRC cell growth, migration, invasion, tumor growth, metastasis and oxaliplatin resistance while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_0000395 acts as a miR-153-5p sponge to regulate MYO6, contributing to CRC progression and chemoresistance.
