Description:

circTP63 is up-regulated in HCC and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes proliferation/migration/invasion and inhibits apoptosis by sponging miR-155-5p, thereby increasing ZBTB18 expression (circTP63/miR-155-5p/ZBTB18 axis). High circTP63 expression is associated with advanced clinicopathological features and poorer overall survival.
