Description:

circ_UBAP2 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cell lines and promotes malignant behaviors (proliferation, migration, invasion) while inhibiting apoptosis. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and acts as a ceRNA that sponges miR-637 to relieve repression of HMGB2, thereby promoting osteosarcoma progression in vitro and in xenograft models.
