CircSMARCA5/miR-432/PDCD10 axis might be an underlying therapeutic target for PCa treatment
circSMARCA5 is upregulated in prostate cancer tissues and cells and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, glycolysis, and xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-432 to increase PDCD10 expression. The circSMARCA5/miR-432/PDCD10 axis is proposed as a potential therapeutic target for PCa.
