| Description: |
circDNAJC11 (hsa_circ_0008389), derived from DNAJC11, is up-regulated in breast cancer (including TNBC) and mainly localizes in the cytoplasm. It promotes proliferation, migration, invasion and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, by binding the RBP TAF15 to stabilize MAPK6 mRNA and activate MAPK signaling. High circDNAJC11 expression is associated with worse overall survival and is an independent prognostic risk factor in BC. |
