the hsa_circ_0001345/miRNA106b/ATG16L1 axis has significant promise as a therapeutic target biomarker |
| Description: |
This study proposes that hsa_circ_0001345 participates in a ceRNA axis with miRNA-106b and ATG16L1 in a DEN/2-AAF-induced liver precancerous lesion model. C3G treatment increased circRNA0001345 and ATG16L1 while reducing miRNA-106b, consistent with a protective, autophagy-related tumor-inhibitory mechanism via miRNA-106b sponging. |
