Description:

Circ_0020123 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues, serum, and NSCLC cell lines and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. Functionally, it promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion, angiogenesis, and autophagy) and suppresses apoptosis; in vivo knockdown inhibits xenograft growth. Mechanistically, circ_0020123 acts as a ceRNA that sponges miR-512-3p to increase CORO1C expression.
