Description:

circ-AURKA is significantly up-regulated in neuroendocrine prostate cancer compared with CRPC. Its circular structure and backsplice (exon 6 to exon 3) were confirmed by RT-qPCR after RNase R treatment, and it shows higher expression in the NEPC cell line NCI-H660 than in non-NEPC prostate cancer cell lines.
