Description:

In breast cancer, hsa_circ_0002082 is up-regulated in tumors and patient plasma and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion, metastasis and EMT) and inhibits apoptosis by sponging miR-508-3p to up-regulate CENPF; silencing hsa_circ_0002082 suppresses xenograft growth.
