Description:

hsa_circ_0000515 is a co-upregulated RPPH1-derived circRNA in CRC. It participates in the predicted ceRNA subnetwork through multiple miRNAs (including hsa-miR-326 and hsa-miR-1296-5p) to hub genes (e.g., WNT5A, POLA1), and is also predicted to bind immune-related RBPs/proteins including ZC3H10, SAMD4A and ENOX1. Its expression is detected by qRT-PCR in a subset of CRC cell lines.

Confidence score:

0.4032
