Description:

circ-SATB1 was identified and qRT-PCR validated as upregulated in most SCLC tissues. Unlike several other upregulated circRNAs, it was not altered in NSCLC, and the authors proposed that it may complement circ-STXBP5L for distinguishing SCLC from NSCLC.
