Description:

circPTK2 is up-regulated in TNBC cisplatin-resistant cells, tissues, and plasma, and high expression is associated with DDP resistance and poor prognosis. Functionally, circPTK2 promotes chemoresistance, viability, and invasion, while knockdown enhances DDP-induced DNA damage and sensitivity. Mechanistically, m6A/YTHDC1-related circPTK2 acts through a miR-495/beta-catenin/Wnt signaling axis.
