Description:

circ_RBM23 is up-regulated in sorafenib-resistant HCC tissues and cells. Its knockdown sensitizes resistant HCC cells to sorafenib, suppresses proliferation, migration and invasion, increases apoptosis, and delays xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, circ_RBM23 promotes sorafenib resistance and malignant phenotypes through the miR-338-3p/RAB1B axis.
