| Clinical significance: |
hsa_circ_0000313 may provide a promising therapeutic target in MG. |
| Description: |
This study found that hsa_circ_0000313 is upregulated in PBMCs/peripheral blood from MG patients. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic hsa_circ_0000313 sponges miR-1224-3p to increase MKNK2 expression and activate p38 MAPK signaling, promoting Jurkat cell proliferation and inflammatory cytokine secretion while suppressing apoptosis. Knockdown of hsa_circ_0000313 ameliorated LPS-induced inflammatory responses in Jurkat cells, suggesting potential therapeutic relevance in MG. |
