Description:

In an LPS-induced HUVEC model of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury, circZBTB46 was down-regulated and its overexpression protected endothelial cells from injury. It increased cell viability, reduced apoptosis, inflammatory cytokine release and oxidative stress, and acted through ERBB2-AKT pathway activation; ERBB2 inhibition weakened these protective effects.
