bladder cancer-associated biomarker for sensitive multiplex circRNA detection
This study used circSMARCA5 as one of two bladder cancer-associated circRNA biomarkers to validate a modular fluorescent RNA aptamer biosensor. The platform detected circSMARCA5 with femtomolar sensitivity, distinguished target circRNA from related nucleic acids, and showed higher tumor-tissue signals in a T24 cell line-derived xenograft model.
