Description:

circRNA-ACAP2 is up-regulated in neuroblastoma tissues and cell lines and promotes migration, invasion and glycolysis while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-143-3p to relieve repression of HK2, forming an ACAP2/miR-143-3p/HK2 axis that drives oncogenic phenotypes in vitro.
