Description:

circ_0007432 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues/cells and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes NSCLC malignant phenotypes and tumor growth and drives macrophage M2 polarization by binding SRSF1 to stabilize KLF12 mRNA, which in turn transcriptionally activates IL-8 and increases IL-8 release. High circ_0007432 expression is associated with poor patient prognosis.
