Description:

circ_ROBO2 is up-regulated in CAD patient serum and in ox-LDL-treated human CMECs. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and promotes ox-LDL-induced endothelial injury by sponging miR-186-5p to increase TRIM14, thereby reducing proliferation/angiogenesis and increasing apoptosis.
