Description:

circUBE2D2 is an up-regulated circRNA in HCC tissues and cells, and high expression is linked to poor patient survival. It promotes HCC glycolysis and sorafenib resistance by acting as a cytoplasmic sponge for miR-889-3p and regulating LDHA through the circUBE2D2/miR-889-3p/LDHA axis. Knockdown of circUBE2D2 suppresses xenograft tumor growth in vivo.
