Functionally, circSMARCC1 promotes STAD cell proliferation, invasion, tumor growth, and macrophage M2 polarization. Mechanistically, STAD cell-derived exosomes deliver circSMARCC1 to macrophages, where it increases U2AF2 expression and drives M2 polarization to promote STAD progression. |
