circ-EIF4G3 is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and GC cell lines, and its higher expression is associated with TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis. Functionally, circ-EIF4G3 promotes GC cell proliferation, invasion and migration. Mechanistically, it is mainly cytoplasmic and acts as a sponge for miR-335.
