Description:

circFOXM1 is up-regulated in glioblastoma tissues and cell lines. Functionally, circFOXM1 promotes GBM proliferation, migration, invasion, glutaminolysis and xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-577, thereby relieving repression of the downstream target E2F5.
