Description:

circSCAF8 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and urine extracellular vesicles and promotes PCa cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and in vivo growth/metastasis. It acts as a ceRNA sponging miR-140-3p and miR-335 to upregulate LIF and activate the LIF-STAT3 pathway, and high circSCAF8 expression predicts poorer progression-free survival.
