Description:

circRNF10 is down-regulated in breast cancer and acts as a tumor suppressor. It binds the RBP DHX15 in the cytoplasm, competitively weakening DHX15-NF-kappaB p65 interaction to inhibit NF-kappaB signaling and disrupt the DHX15-p65 positive feedback loop, thereby reducing proliferation/migration and suppressing xenograft growth.
