Description:

circRHBDD1 is up-regulated in gastric cancer and predicts poor prognosis. It promotes immune escape by increasing PD-L1 expression and suppressing CD8+ T cell infiltration/activity. Mechanistically, circRHBDD1 binds IGF2BP2 and interferes with TRIM25-mediated ubiquitination, stabilizing IGF2BP2, which enhances PD-L1 mRNA stability via m6A modification; nanoparticle-delivered si-circRHBDD1 sensitizes tumors to anti-PD-1 therapy in vivo.
