Description:

circ_MACF1 is down-regulated in paclitaxel-resistant lung adenocarcinoma and functions as a tumor-suppressive, chemosensitizing circRNA. It sponges miR-421 to relieve repression of FMO2, thereby reducing PTX resistance and inhibiting proliferation/motility while promoting apoptosis, including in a cell line-derived xenograft model.
