Description:

This study uses a palindrome-crosslinked DNA nanoaggregate fluorescence system and qRT-PCR to detect circSATB2 in lung cancer cells and clinical lung cancer tissues. circSATB2 is up-regulated in lung cancer, negatively regulates miR-326, and is associated with NSCLC progression-related proliferation, migration, and invasion. Clinically, circSATB2 shows diagnostic value for distinguishing healthy donors from lung cancer patients and for classifying disease stages and subtypes.
