Description:

circUSPL1 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. Functionally, circUSPL1 promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis) and inhibits apoptosis by acting as a ceRNA that sponges miR-1296-5p to increase MTA1, thereby supporting tumor growth in vivo.
