Description:

hsa_circ_0001944 is up-regulated in colorectal cancer and high expression predicts worse OS/RFS. Functionally, it promotes CRC cell proliferation, migration and invasion and suppresses apoptosis, at least partly by binding (sponging) miR-548b-3p.
