Description:

circ_0001438 is downregulated in gastric cancer tissues and cells. Its overexpression suppresses gastric cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and metastasis, at least partly by sponging/downregulating miR-1290. Clinically, low circ_0001438 expression is associated with larger tumor size, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and poorer 5-year survival.
