Human circGLIS2 is up-regulated in endometriosis tissues and correlates with clinicopathologic features including rASRM staging/scoring and dysmenorrhoea. It predominantly localizes in the cytoplasm and promotes immune cell infiltration by sponging miR-4731-5p to increase IL-1beta expression and secretion.
