circATXN7 is up-regulated in esophageal cancer tissues and cell lines and mainly localizes in the cytoplasm. It promotes EC cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and xenograft tumor growth by acting as a ceRNA for miR-4319 and thereby increasing NLRC5 expression. Knockdown of circATXN7 suppresses EC growth in vivo and supports circATXN7 as a potential therapeutic target. |
