Description:

circSOX13 is down-regulated in NSCLC FFPE tissues including early-stage disease, is included in ML diagnostic signatures, and its downregulation was validated by RT-qPCR and junction-site Sanger sequencing in clinical FFPE samples. It was also reported to negatively correlate with smoking status in the lung cancer cohort, and is predicted to bind hsa-miR-942 (computational prediction).
