| Description: |
In breast cancer, hsa_circRPPH1_015 is up-regulated and functions as an oncogenic circRNA that promotes proliferation, invasion, cell-cycle progression, and xenograft tumor growth/metastasis. Mechanistically, it binds (sponges) miR-326 in an Ago2-associated manner, relieving miR-326-mediated repression of ELK1, thereby enhancing ELK1-driven malignant phenotypes. Clinically, high hsa_circRPPH1_015 expression is associated with worse patient survival. |
