Description:

circLARP4 is downregulated in HCC and functions as a tumor suppressor by inducing cellular senescence and G1/S arrest and inhibiting proliferation. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-761 to upregulate RUNX3 and activate the p53/p21 senescence program. Low circLARP4 expression is associated with worse survival outcomes.
