Description:

This study shows that hypoxia induces upregulation of hsa_circ_0000826 in CRC cells and patient serum. hsa_circ_0000826 promotes CRC malignant behaviors (migration/invasion), tumorigenesis, and liver metastasis, and its elevated serum levels have diagnostic value for CRC and CRC liver metastasis.
