Description:

circ-LDLRAD3 is up-regulated in PTC tissues and cell lines and is associated with tumor size, TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis. Functionally, circ-LDLRAD3 promotes PTC cell proliferation, migration, invasion and resistance to apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-655-3p to increase MAPK1 expression, forming a circ-LDLRAD3/miR-655-3p/MAPK1 ceRNA axis.
