Description:

circUGP2 is down-regulated in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and acts as a tumor suppressor. It binds PURB to co-activate ADGRB1 transcription and sponges miR-3191-5p to further increase ADGRB1, which blocks MDM2-mediated p53 polyubiquitination and activates p53 signaling, thereby inhibiting ICC growth and metastasis.
