Description:

In this study, circ_HIPK3 is up-regulated in HCC tissues and HCC cell lines. Functional experiments indicate that circ_HIPK3 promotes HCC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, metastasis and in vivo tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_HIPK3 acts as a ceRNA for miR-582-3p to increase DLX2 expression, suggesting potential value as a biomarker or therapeutic target for HCC treatment.
