Description:

circ-SFMBT2 is up-regulated in pediatric AML bone marrow samples and AML cell lines, and high expression is associated with poor overall survival. Functionally, circ-SFMBT2 promotes AML cell proliferation, migration and invasion and suppresses apoptosis, at least partly by sponging miR-491-5p and regulating HOXA9.
