Description:

circPVRL3 is down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines. Functionally, circPVRL3 acts as a tumor-suppressive circRNA: its knockdown increases proliferation and migration. Mechanistically, it is mainly cytoplasmic and is predicted to sponge multiple miRNAs and interact with RBPs, with additional predicted protein-coding potential.
