Description:

hsa_circ_0001766 (from PDIA4) is upregulated in OSCC tissues and OSCC cell lines. Functionally, its knockdown suppresses OSCC cell proliferation. Mechanistically, it likely acts as a ceRNA that sponges miR-877-3p to increase VEGFA expression, and miR-877-3p inhibition rescues the effects of hsa_circ_0001766 knockdown.
