Description:

circANKS1B is up-regulated in TNBC and promotes invasion/metastasis by inducing EMT. It sponges miR-148a-3p and miR-152-3p to de-repress USF1, which up-regulates TGF-beta1 and activates TGF-beta/SMAD signaling; ESRP1 promotes circANKS1B biogenesis, forming a pro-metastatic feedback loop.
