It promotes RCC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and EMT by sponging miR-497-5p to regulate TRPM3 and activate the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway. Clinically, circATG9A expression is associated with tumor features and prognosis, suggesting potential value as a prognostic and therapeutic target.
