Description:

circPUM1 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with advanced TNM stage and poorer overall survival. Functionally, circPUM1 promotes NSCLC proliferation, cell cycle progression, glycolysis and xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-590-5p and increasing METTL3 expression.
