Description:

circSDHAF2 is an up-regulated coding circRNA in colorectal cancer tumor tissues. It undergoes EJC-mediated cap-independent translation to produce SDHAF2mh5, and its coding activity promotes tumorsphere formation and xenograft tumor growth. Knockdown of circSDHAF2 suppresses anchorage-independent growth and delays tumor formation in mice.
