Description:

circGNB1 (hsa_circ_0009362), derived from GNB1, is up-regulated in TNBC and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes TNBC proliferation, migration and in vivo tumor growth/metastasis by sponging miR-141-5p and relieving repression of IGF1R (circGNB1/miR-141-5p/IGF1R ceRNA axis). High circGNB1 expression associates with worse clinicopathologic features and poor OS/DFS, serving as an independent prognostic risk factor.
